As the founder of SereniBeads, I bring a deeply personal perspective to this topic. Having experienced narcissistic abuse firsthand, I understand the devastating impact it can have on one's sense of self-worth, identity, and well-being. Through my own journey of healing and self-discovery, I've come to realize the importance of reclaiming our power and finding the courage to break free from toxic relationships.

I would like to emphasize that, at the end of the day, a label such as "narcissism" or "borderline personality disorder," for example, doesn't really matter. What matters is if a relationship is healthy and truly working for you. If not, the label really is a moot point.
